The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Jeremy D. Hentges, 30, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and trespassing.
  • Ethan C. Riley, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for trespassing.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Abbey D. Ferra, 29, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • Sarah N. Nanney, 24, of Olive Branch, Ill., was issued a summons for open container of alcohol in public.
  • Angela D. Gibson, 32, 1010 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for harassment.
  • Steven W. Lacy, 33, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.

Thefts

  • Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Nancy L. Cunningham, 61, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of the incident.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Jeffery M. Daugherty, 21, 1122 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of televisions, a PlayStation 3, a scanner and computers.

  • A burlgary was reported at 2753 Adeline Ave. Alcohol, fishing equipment and tools were reported stolen.
  • A burglary was reported at 1927 Kingshighway. Jewelry was reported stolen.
  • A burglary was reported at 121 East Rodney Drive. A front door was reported damaged and laptops, a television, a Nintendo gaming system and assorted games were reported stolen.

Property damage

  • A cell phone was reported damaged at 547 S. Pacific St.
  • A window on a vehicle was reported damaged at 45 S. Minnesota Ave.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Union Ave.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraud was reported in the 700 block of Kasten Drive.
  • Harassment was reported in the 900 block of Brown Street.
  • Trespassing was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
  • A weapons violation was reported in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.
