Assaults

  • Third-degree assault was reported on Thilenius Street.
  • Second-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action were reported on North Fountain Street.

DWIs

  • Driving while intoxicated, failure to yield after stopping to vehicle that entered intersection so close to cause hazard, fourth-degree assault, resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop, driving while revoked/suspended was reported on South Pacific Street.
  • Driving while intoxicated and exceeding the posted speed limit by 16 to 19 mph were reported.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported on William Street.
  • Theft was reported on West Cape Rock Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, failure to register motor vehicle/trailer annually with director of revenue, unlawfully operating a utility vehicle upon highway and resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person were reported on Kage Road.
