Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Michael W. Enos, 503 Fifth St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• David K. Heider, 922 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Sharron Ross, 128 S. Pacific St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation, failure to appear and contempt of court.
• Albert Whitfield, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for failure to appear.
• Lora Woodson, 701 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Wayn A. Wright, 30, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for child neglect.

Burglaries

• A second-degree burglary was reported at 807 William St.
• A second-degree burglary was reported at 2036 Cambridge St.

Theft

• A cell phone was reported stolen from 3049 William St., Suite 219A.

Miscellaneous

• Two men, 29 and 31, were taken into protective custody.
• A peace disturbance was reported at 1824 Lexington Ave., Apt. 2.
