The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Wesley A. Grabel, 31, 835 Rodney Vista Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Elic L. Payne, 22, 1205 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Dunklin County warrants for failure to appear.

* Nicole D. Thorn, 21, 507 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Margaret A. Fowler, 40, of Scott City was arrseted on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and trespassing.

* Jessica R. Ruffin, 24, 1005 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Kenneth M. Norwood, 26, 105 Clark Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Ricardo Garcia, 22, 530 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested.

* Tara Renee Rucker, 22, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* John Jay Kelly, 55, 2833 Vista Lane, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

* Derek Ray Harper, 30, 141 Star Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for speeding.

Summonses

* Analisha P. Hampton, 19, 717 N. Middle St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Anthony J. Barton, 20, 119 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Jeffrey William Green, 42, 764 Perry Ave., received a summonses for possession of an open container of alcohol.

* Jamarra Denice Washington, 18, 418 Sheridan Drive, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Thefts

* An American Staffordshire terrier was reported stolen at 520 Broadway.

* Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive, reported computers and shredders stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported.

* A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
