DWI

  • Clint A. Carlton, 23, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no headlights.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, no Missouri operator's license and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

  • Tara R. Rucker, 21, 211 S. Park St., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
  • Robin C. Shelman, 23, of Midwest City, Okla., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and assault on a law enforcement officer.
  • Carl E. Walton, 33, 2843 Whitener St., Unit A5, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear on fraudulent use of credit device.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of charges for unlawful use of weapon.
  • Robert D. Weissinger, 31, 603 Mechaw St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for peace disturbance.

Thefts

  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • Subwoofers, an amplifier and a capacitor for a speaker box were reported stolen and a vehicle was reported damaged at 608 S. Ellis St.
  • Subway, 701 Broadway, reported a theft of money.
  • A television was reported stolen at 922 Jefferson Ave.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
  • A GPS unit was reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported broken at 1721 Whitener St.
  • A theft was reported at 1015 S. Ellis St. Ariese N. Peterson, 23, 184 N. Park St., No. 182, was issued a summons in connection with the incident.

  • A domestic assault was reported.
