DWI
* Terrence W. Lipps, 21, 1743 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of hydrocodone and marijuana, and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Whitney S. Delay, 29, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Christopher M. King, 36, 914 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.
* Shawn R. Phillips, 23, 1125 S Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Rico F. Lucious, 20, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
* Byron A. Brown, 29, 930 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs.
* Adrian Brown, 26, 930 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs.
* Lorrie L. Dodson, 54, 1134 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Hannah L. Graham, 28, 55 Pind Wood Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for child endangerment.
* Lisa M. Gregson, 29, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Dustin K. Williams, 28, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
* Clinton H. Broxton, 26, 801 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a dog at large.
* Lester Halter, 56, 623 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of assault, property damage and resisting arrest.
* Evan D. Tillman, 18, 392 Country Lane, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Anthony Rickell Brown, 23, 312 W. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for possessing marijuana.
* Maria E. Mooney, 67, 923 Stanford Drive, received a summons for assault.
* Lester Halter, 56, 623 S. Pacific St., received a summons for property damage.
* Dennis Michael Bloebaum, 21, 3023 Aspen Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* An assault was reported.
* A subject is in custody, pending formal charges, on suspicion of domestic assault.
* A laptop computer was reported stolen at 316 S. Lorimier St., No. 6.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A credit/debit card, CD player, helmet and grinder were reported stolen at 1122 S. Ranney Ave.
* A laptop computer was reported stolen at 909 Hackberry St.
* SEMO Trailer LLC, 311 Barberry St., reported Missouri dealer license plates stolen.
* A vehicle hood and grill were reported damaged at 207 S. Sprigg Street.
* Cape Girardeau Church of God, 624 S. Ellis St., reported windows broken.
* A satellite dish was reported damaged at 234 N. Lorimier St.
* A 37-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 56-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 47-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* Possession of marijuana was reported.
* A 60-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
