Cape Girardeau

DWI
- Jason A. Ward, 18, 2857 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at red light.
Arrests
- Decarlos F. Clemons, 32, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for child neglect.
- Darcell C. Moore, 21, 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for improper registration, failure to show financial responsibility, no operator's license, revoked operator's license, seat-belt violation and probation revocation.
- Jacob D. Ferguson, 22, 296 County Road 654, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- A subject was in custody pending charges of assault and possession of a controlled substance.
- Elizabeth F. Harris, 21, 424 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 9A, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- A subject was in custody pending charges of driving while suspended and expired license plates.
Thefts
- A laptop computer was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
- Medication was reported stolen at 801 Good Hope St.
- Speakers were reported stolen at 1953 David St.
- A firearm was reported stolen at 1830 Bloomfield St.
- Rent One, 610 S. Kings¿highway, reported two instances of failure to return property.

- A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Greensferry Road.
- A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.
