DWI

  • David D. Hull, 48, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, following too close and no insurance.

Arrests

  • Edward E. Sutton, 18, 3030 Mimosa Drive, No. 20, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, failure to pay fine for child restraint, failure to pay fine for failure to yield after stopping, failure to pay fine for no operator's license, failure to pay fine for seat-belt violation and failure to pay find for motor vehicle financial responsibility.
  • William M. Robertson, 27, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked.
  • John H. Harris, 26, 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for larceny.
  • Alisha R. Ozuna, 21, 128 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Randy L. Vincent, 19, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for peace disturbance, false declaration and failure to appear.
  • A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody pending charges for assault.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges for assault.

Summonses

  • Edward E. Sutton, 18, 3030 Mimosa Drive, No. 20, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.
  • Travis B. Wade, 49, 1009 Linden St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Burglary

  • A robbery was reported. A subject was in custody pending formal charges in connection with the incident.

Thefts

  • A camera was reported stolen in the 1000 block of South Silver Springs Road.
  • A GPS unit was reported stolen and vehicle damage reported at 1403 N. Kings­highway.
  • A camera, accessories and candy were reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • A debit card, child support card, Social Security cards and a Missouri driver's license were reported stolen at 2418 Bloomfield Road.
  • A lawn mower was reported stolen at 1819 Stoddard St.
  • J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft of shoes. A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
