The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Carlos Diaz Rivera, 22, of Perryville, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Andrea Nicole Smith, 19, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failing to keep property free of litter.

* Linda Ann Potts, 54, of Steele, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and no taillights.

* Deandre Betts, 20, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving with expired license plates and having no insurance.

* Sandra D. Jefferson, 40, 905 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline stolen.

* Identify theft was reported.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 49 N. Park Ave.

Property damage

* A vehicle mirror and wind visor were reported damaged at 628 Terry Lane.

* Tires were reported punctured at 2842 Independence St.

Miscellaneous

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Money Time, 2112 Broadway, reported a forged check.

* A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 42-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Child endangerment was reported.

Theft

* A Samsung cell phone was reported stolen at Towers.
