Arrests

  • A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.
  • Jerime A. Atchley, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

  • Stephanie D. Smith, 38, 2040 Broadway, was issued a summons for illegal dumping of trash on private property.

  • Macy's, 3049 William Street, reported a theft of clothing. A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
  • Money was reported stolen at 540 N. Spanish St.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft. A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody in connection with the incident.

Property damage

  • Damage to a vehicle was reported at Washington Avenue and Middle Street.
  • Damage to a satellite dish was reported at 1408 Dunklin Street.

Jackson

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported in the 4600 block of Green Wood Circle.
