The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Angela A. Espinoza-Velasques, 24, 2863 Whitener St., Unit B1, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, failure to show proof of insurance and unlawful tint of windows.
  • Paul A. Bratcher, 27, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Derek A. Underwood, 34, 123 Willow Ridge, was arrested on suspicion of violating an ex parte order.
  • Larry A. Wallace, 40, of Greenville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

Thefts

  • A cell phone was reported stolen in the 1000 block of South Silver Springs Road.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • A theft of medication was reported at 821 William St.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • A theft of cash was reported at 2825 Bloomfield Road.
  • An oil painting, clothing, television, furniture, chain saw and assorted items were reported stolen at 1013 S. Kingshighway.
  • Stealing and identity theft were reported.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

  • An assault was reported.

  • A door and frame were reported damaged at 1015 S. Ranney Ave.
