The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Lloyd E. Oberts, 55, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Benjamin Savage, 44, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of assault and armed criminal action.
* Santonio O. Parker, 31, 2703 Leroy Drive, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree trafficking.
* Randy Randall, 33, 540 S. Frederick St., was arrested on an Arkansas probation and parole warrant.
* Miles R. Walker, 37, 416 North St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Charles Myon Garmon Jr., 19, 1018 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Jessica Jewel Macintosh, 28, 200 Mason St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter and trash.
* Charles Willis Reed, 65, 715 Robin Lane, received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Domestic assault and violation of protection order was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault and armed criminal action was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 500 S. Frederick St.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported DVDs and cat food stolen. Two subjects are in custody pending formal charges.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 416 S. Kingshighway.
* Walgreens, 1 S. Kingshighway, reported a fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a counterfeit $20 bill.
