Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Gregory C. Mollica, 39, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
  • Gerald P. Clark Jr., 46, 1435 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Antwone Johnson, 28, 2148 Broadway, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for insufficient funds.

Assaults

  • A domestic assault was reported.
  • An assault was reported at 720 S. Pacific St. A 13-year-old was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Theft

  • A light housing from a vehicle was reported stolen at 2010 Evergreen Drive.

Property damage

  • A wall was reported spray painted at 824 Good Hope St.
  • A house was reported spray painted at 710 Morgan Oak St.
  • Crops were reported damaged on Wintergreen Drive.
  • Mobile Home Park LLC reported grass damage at 3020 Boutin Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Two commitment warrants were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
  • Possession of a controlled substance was reported at 502 S. Hanover St.
  • Harassment was reported at 1264 Timber Creek Lane.
  • A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the area of Greensferry Road and Clark Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace/noise disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North Farmington Road.
  • A court order violation was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
