Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jamie Lee Holder, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for littering.

Summonses

* Eddie Green, 56, 522 Amethyst St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Erica Nikole Hanstein, 26, 519 Amethyst St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church, 2826 Independence St., reported a filing cabinet damaged and money taken.

Thefts

* A 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt with Illinois license plates was reported stolen at 45 S. Kingshighway.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1302 Kenwood Drive.

* Medication and money were reported stolen at Bloomfield Street and Sheridan Drive.

* A 1993 black Nissan Maxima with Missouri license plates was reported stolen at 918 William St.

* Textbooks were reported stolen.
