DWI

Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • A summons was issued to Janet Penrose, 50, of 1267 County Road 635 on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
  • An incident of driving while intoxicated was reported in the 100 block of Lemming Lane.

Arrests

  • Christopher O'Kelly, 19, of 1942 Delwin St., Apt. C, was arrested on a warrant on a charge of interference with custody. He also was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
  • Dinesha Randle, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on warrants from Scott County and Sikeston.
  • Four people were arrested pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and traffic charges.
  • Katherine Kronmueller, 22, of 421 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 7F, was arrested on a warrant on a charge of contempt of court.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported. The incident also involved property damage.

Thefts

  • DVDS and wall fixtures were reported stolen from 801 North St. Property damage also was reported at that location.
  • Counterfeiting was reported at 724 Broadway.
  • A theft was reported at 3105 Independence St.
  • A theft was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
  • A theft was reported at 200 West Park Mall.
  • A forgery was reported at the Auburn Surgery Center, 300 S. Mount Auburn Road.
  • A purse was reported stolen from 426 North St., Apt. A.
  • Stop signs and barricades belonging to the city of Cape Girardeau were reported stolen from West End Boulevard and Rockwood Drive.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.
  • Fraudulent use of a debit card was reported.

Summons

  • Jesse Kuykendoll Jr., 26, of 232 S. Ellis St. was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
