DWIs

  • Travis S. Licare, 21, of 652 Abbey Court, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and other driving-related charges.
  • Larry J. Summary, 54, 1313 Kenwood Drive. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

  • Heather D. Nistendirk, 22, of 1336 Big Bend Road. was arrested on suspicion of trafficking second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Brennan C. England, 20, of 5 Village Drive, Apt. 9, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a seat belt violation.
  • Tammy A. Sweat, R.R. 1, Box 431D, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds.
  • Brooke D. Boyer, 26, of 40 Conn, East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting and on a warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.
  • Ashley L. Boyer, 19, of 48 Conn, East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.
  • Jacob L. Faulk, 24, of 38 N. Henderson Ave. was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, no valid operator's license and no headlights.
  • Jennifer D. Brown, 23, of 916 S. Ellis St. was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.
  • Brooke D. Boyer, 26, of 40 Conn, East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fraud and insufficient funds.
  • Demarcus L. Jones, 18, of 231 S. Ellis St., New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant.
  • Kyle T. Jaco, 18, of 1004 Maple St. was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary and stealing.

Summonses

  • Lisa D. Stanfill, of 1100 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
  • Derek E. Reed, 2080 Old Toll Rd., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, exceeding the posted speed limit and careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • Plaza Auto Sales Inc. reported a dealer plate lost or stolen at 60 S. Kingshighway.
  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
  • A purse was reported stolen from 127 Water St.

Property damage

  • Pyramid Home Health reported a broken window at the corner of Independence and Water streets.

Miscellaneous

  • Found property was reported at Third and Water streets.
  • Interference with child custody was reported.
  • Violation of full order of protection was reported.
  • Protective custody was reported.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's office. Arrests do not imply guilt.

  • Devin Biri, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and stealing.
  • Hayley Yavuz, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and excessive speeding.
