Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
- Christopher Gene Mayfield, 41, 1201 Forest Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- Abby Elizabeth Miller, 20, 1735 Oakley Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, violation of steady signal and false declaration.
Arrests
- Byron Deshawn Gardner, 20, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
- Evejo Earlene Gordon, 20, 107 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
- Terrance Earl Smith, 22, 321 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
- Kenneth Ray Madison-Key, 25, 201 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Paducah, Ky., warrant for failure to appear and probation violation.
- Jeffery Michael Daugherty, 21, 1116 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Chaffee warrant for failure to appear and a Perry County, Mo., warrant for violation of a court order.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended.
Burglary
- A burglary was reported at 3505 Quail Run Drive.
Thefts
- A wallet, money, school ID, driver's license, game card and cell phone were reported stolen from Fountain Street and Park Drive.
- Money and a jacket were reported stolen from 806 Themis St., Apt. 9.
- A tote bag, iPod, camera, makeup and clothing were reported stolen from 202 Siemers Drive.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summons
- Larry Amelunke, 46, 841 N. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for driving while revoked.
- Trae C. Bell, 23, 3065 Route V, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle annually.
Burglary
- An attempted burglary was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
- An attempted burglary was reported in the 700 block of Andrew Street.
