  • Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft. Jonnisha J. Bridges, 18, 927 Bloomfield St., and Marquita S. Williams, 18, of Charleston, Mo., were issued summonses in connection with the incident.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

  • A 17-year-old girl was placed in protective custody.
