Arrests Reginald S. Foote, 23, of 1022 Independence, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Mary E. Rooker, 18, of 160 St. Monica, New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and alcohol by a minor; driving an improperly registered vehicle; and driving while suspended.
Tiffani N. Warf, 20, of 191 St. Elizabeth, New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and alcohol by a minor and driving an improperly registered vehicle.
Cedric L. Dent, 26, of 10 Rivercrest, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.
Thefts Cigarettes were reported stolen Thursday by Smoker's Outlet at 2116 William.
Shoes were reported stolen Thursday by Nearly Perfect Shoes at 209 S. Kingshighway.
A purse was reported stolen Thursday at the Greek dormitory at Southeast Missouri State University.

Arrest
Boyd Newman, 41, of Box 1662 County Line Road, Millersville, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Harassing phone calls were reported Tuesday at the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Illegal dumping was reported Tuesday on Eastview Court.
