Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kayran Andora Smith, 35, 1221 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of harrassment.

Burglaries

• A burglary and the theft of jewelry was reported at 1445 Pemiscot St.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of fuel.
• A robbery and assault was reported at 3049 William St.
• A robbery was reported at 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

• A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A juvenile, no age given, was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.

• An assault was reported in the 700 block of North Hope Street.

Property damage

n Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Hope Street.
