DWIs

  • Douglas K. Brown, 39, of 1533 Independence St., Apt. A, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
  • Timothy Taylor, 34, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic offenses.
  • Lateasha T. Clark, 19, of 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 204, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for peace disturbance.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possessing a controlled substance at 2824 Themis St.
  • Benjamin Jones, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of prohibited acts.

Summons

  • Dennis J. Kimble, 22, of 11 S. Hanover St., received a summons for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

  • An assault and passing bad checks were reported.
  • An assault was reported at 1024 William St. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

  • Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 2806 Gordonville Road.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported the fraudulent use of a credit device.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft.

Property damage

  • Mississippi River Radio, 324 Broadway, reported property damage.
  • Property damage was reported at 1217 Jefferson Ave.
  • Property damage was reported at 433 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported.
  • Telephone harassment was reported at 923 S. Ellis St.
  • Distribution of a controlled substance was reported.
  • Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported.
  • Identity theft was reported at 1232 Linden St.
