Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Estrella V. Williams, 39, of 1112 Hidden Valley Drive, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of assault, prohibited acts, noise violation, impeding flow of traffic and no turn signal.
• George L. Whitehead, 18, of 124 B St., Lot 25, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
• Jimmy L. Simms, 42, of 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Demetrish T. Williams, 28, of 2571 Lisa Drive, No. A., was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for speeding.
• Kentasha D. Moore, 18, of 211 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for peace disturbance and trespassing and for failure to appear for stealing.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Summonses

• James F. Worthy, 60, of Nederland, Texas, received a summons for public urination.
• Brian K. Lawrence, 27, of 909 Hackberry St., No. 207, received a summons for trespassing.
• Howard E. Thilenius IV, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., received a summons for trespassing.

Thefts

• Medication was reported stolen at 737 Themis St.
• Counterfeiting was reported.
• Money Time Pawn, 1901A Independence St., reported a forgery.
• Money was reported stolen at 1866 Marietta St.

Property damage

• A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 3029 Mimosa Drive.
• Wall damage was reported at 221 N. Fountain St.

• Property was reported lost.
• Telephone harassment was reported.

Arrests

• Christopher M. Gartland, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Jay N. Dickman, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, no seat belt and driving the wrong way on a highway.
• Charles M. Farrow, 19, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of assault.
• Rachel M. Sweet, 22, of Allenville was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for violation of protection order.
