  • George L. Whitehead, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
  • Brian M. Martin, 28, 3015 Aspen Drive, No. 126, was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Krenshertonda S. McCain, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

Summonses

  • Gregory J. Laurentius, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for not having private property free of litter.
  • Ernest L. Schwendeman, 58, of Henderson, Nev., was issued a summons for maintaining a public nuisance.
  • Brain E. Young, 43, 1842 West Ridge Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
  • Kristina M. Schumer, 33, 331 Country Club Drive, was issued a summons for leash-law violation.

Thefts

  • J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Aubrey L. Neal, 17, 2408 Albert Rasche Drive, and Janease L. Wright, 17, 1724 Good Hope St., were arrested in connection with the incident.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • Endangering child welfare was reported.
  • A 56-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • An 18-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 19-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

  • Sharon L. Wood, 40, of Knob Noster, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
  • James E. Reed, 32, of Paragould, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools, attempted stealing and trespassing.
