Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Rodney L. Glover Jr., 20, 2407 Albert Rasche Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on revoked operator's license and no turn signal.
• A subject was in custody pending charges for resisting/interfering with arrest, possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
• Justin L. Brandy, 24, 106 Donald St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
• Tyler P. Hawndob, 44, 1673 Westwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
• Joe E. Kindle, 51, 1305 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
• Perry L. Long Jr., 26, 7 N. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operator's license.
• Sara L. Carroll, 23, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for fraud and larceny, and one Perry County warrant for probation violation for fraud.

Summons

• Christopher L. Beaman, 25, 1727 Westridge Drive, was issued a summons for possession of an open alcohol container in public.

Assaults

• A third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

• Rent One, 610 S. Kings¿highway, reported six failures to return rental property.
• Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
• Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Miscellaneous

• A wallet was reported lost at 1816 N. Main St.

Arrests

• Rodney L. Glover, 20, 2407 Albert Rasche Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Ladonna S. Caveness, 40, 336 Greensferry Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

• Donald S. Bailey, 38, 3213 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Amila Panchala, 31, 632 N. Frederick St., Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Joshua T. Patterson, 23, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 1700 block of Warren Lake Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.
• A domestic dispute was reported in the 800 block of Gerald Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
