DWIs

• Julio Cesar Beltran Romero, 26, 414 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid license.
• Christopher John Hart, 21, of St. Louis was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Arrests

• A subject is in custody pending charges for endangering the welfare of a child.
• A 14-year-old girl was cited in juvenile court.
• A subject was in custody pending charges for domestic assault.
• Misty Lavonne Robinson, 30, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Charleston warrant for contempt of court.
• Walter Deandre Combs, 39, 601 North St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and prohibited acts.
• A subject was in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked.
• Olie Leslie Welch, 23, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 4, was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear and a state warrant for parole absconding.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges of peace disturbance.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and assaulting a law enforcement officer.
• Joseph Henry Boyer, 55, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Stone County warrant for fraud.
• Richard Wayne Reddick, 50, 2835 Whitener St., No. 4, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect.
• John Robert Smith, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• A 16-year-old girl was arrested for assault and being beyond parental control.
• A 16-year-old boy was arrested for a probation violation.

• A car was reported stolen at 2613 Perryville Road.
• Checks were reported at 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Two vehicles were damaged and items taken at 1739 Luce St.
• Kidd's, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A vehicle was broken into and numerous items taken at 2733 Hawthorne Road.

• An Apple iPod and a radar detector were taken from a vehicle at 200 West Park Mall.
• Copper wiring was reported stolen at 615 N. Spanish St.

• BG's, 205 S. Plaza Way, reported a theft of food and beverage.

• Cape United Auto on North Park Drive reported a vehicle roof dented.
• A field was reported damaged by a vehicle at West Cape Rock Drive and Lexington Avenue.
