The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Lonnie R. Chamberlain, 22, of 921 Hackberry St., No. 210, was arrested on suspicion of parole violation.
  • A 14-year-old was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Kelly R. King, 40, of 514 Middle St., Apt. B., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.
  • Timothy L. Stemper, 23, of 203 Franks Lane, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for assault and an Iron County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Assaults

  • A domestic assault was reported.
  • A domestic assault and resisting arrest were reported.

Thefts

  • Weiser Hyundai, 386 Siemers Drive, reported theft of parts and labor.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 3012 William St.
  • Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported theft of gasoline.
  • A CD and backpack were reported stolen at 5 Village Drive.
  • Currency, shoes and a T-shirt were reported stolen at 1001 N. Frederick St.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported theft of gasoline.
  • License plates were reported stolen.
  • License tags were reported stolen.

Property damage

  • A windshield was reported damaged by a BB gun at 1004 William St.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.
  • A dashboard was reported damaged at 5 Village Drive.
  • A vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3012 William St.

Summonses

  • Ryan J. Mercurio of Jackson received a summons for no proof of insurance and following too closely.
  • Alice L. Nunley, 43, of 423 S. Frederick St., received a summons for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Kendall E. Magana, of 418 Sheridan Drive, 10J, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with driving privileges suspended and failure to give immediate notice of motor vehicle accident.

  • Child abuse was reported.
  • Stalking was reported.

Sheriff

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Terrvell K. Williams, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, driving while license revoked, unlawful use of a weapon and resisting a lawful stop.
  • Bobby G. Duncan, 36, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while license revoked and failure to stop for a stop sign.

DWIs

  • Barbara C. Franks, 42, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
  • Kelly E. Bowman, 18, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Severiano Fraire, 25, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
  • Kenneth D. Crawford, 47, of Middletown, Ohio, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane and speeding.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
  • Lost property was reported in the 1000 block of Oakland Drive.
