The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Roctavious Agnew, 24, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of robbery and forgery.

* Cleve T. Williams, 25, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Wesley M. Jones, 25, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Stephen C. Sanders, 23, 1035 Village Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Kyle R. Rhodes, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Matthew G. Obie, 19, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Timothy B. Guthrie, 18, 1000 Towers East No. 909, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* John L. McClellan, 27, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Raymond J. Riddle, 23, Elsberry, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* Adam J. Crigger, 31, 144 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for false declaration.

Summonses

* Justin G. Blackmon, 29, 1514 Scott St., received a summons for animal neglect and exceeding the limitations on the number of animals allowed at one residential location.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A purse, flash drive, camera and keys were reported stolen at 3261 William St.

* Money and cigarettes were reported stolen at 1424 William St.

* A lawn ornament was reported stolen at 2633 Hopper Road.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

* A robbery was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 3427 William St.

* A 17-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 31-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A rape was reported.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Garrett Wright, age not given, of Edwardsville, Ill., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Devon W. Dudding, age not given, of Edwardsville, Ill., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
