* Otis D. Rutherford, 25, 700 S. Benton St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for driving while intoxicated.
* Jordan T. Felter, 24, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
* Camille A. Carroll, 23, of St. Louis received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to yield and no insurance.
* Larry B. Miller, 67, 541 S. Hanover St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Keith L. Baines, 49, 614 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for laraceny.
* Jimmy L. Simms, 47, 1119 Bloomfield St., and George L. Jones III, 22, of Portageville, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked and driving under the influence.
* Amy M. Haggard, 36, 6 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* James A. Brown, 27, 213 N. Clark Ave., was rested on a Minor, Mo., warrant for failure to pay fines for traffic violations.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.

* Julia D. Helton, 19, Brett T. Leimer, 20, Joshua J. McWilson, 20, all of 1919 Old Sprigg Street Road, and Brennan A. Mouser, 19, of Jackson were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended and failing to obey traffic control device.
* Shauna R. Solis, 30, 1467 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on a parole warrant for assault.
* Anamul K. Riad, 19, 298 N. West End Blvd., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of assault, burglary and resisting arrest.
