Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Denesha D. Walton, no age given, 109 N. Henderson St., was arrested on a warrant.
* Robert D. Weissinger, no age given, 603 Mechaw Lane, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance, speeding, no driver's license, probation revocation and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Assault
* An assault was reported at 622 Broadway.
Burglaries
* A burglary and theft of baseball caps were reported at 405 S. Ellis St.
* A burglary and theft of clothes, a cell phone, a laptop computer, DVDs and video games was reported at 1825 Bloomfield St.
Thefts
* A license plate was reported stolen at 602 Boxwood Drive.
* A 2002 Dodge Caravan was reported stolen at 1743 Lakeshore Drive. The vehicle was recovered.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported a theft of food.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 433 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
* Property damage and stalking was reported at 324 Bellevue St.
Miscellaneous
* A request for service was reported.
* A 1992 Chevrolet Blazer was reported abandoned and towed.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Phillip B. Phelps, 36, 3016 Themis St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of children, no proof of insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another vehicle.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.
