* Tracy L. Clark, 38, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal.

* Christopher M. Holland, 35, 327 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Toria W. Lawrence, 26, 427 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Latoya A. Miller, 23, 234 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Gary D. Bice, 42, 912 Perry Ave., was arrested on a warrant for statutory sodomy.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

* Brian A. Segura, 21, 190 D St., No. 87, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for following too close.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Theft

* Two Social Security cards were reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* Tools, a television, a freezer, a scanner, a stove and a leaf blower were reported stolen at 211 Mason St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 920 N. Kingshighway.

* Macy's, 3049 William St. reported a theft. Sara H. Cooper, 33, 1072 Linden St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

* Jeremy P. Evans, 30, of West Frankfort, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
