Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Tracy L. Clark, 38, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal.

* Christopher M. Holland, 35, 327 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Toria W. Lawrence, 26, 427 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Latoya A. Miller, 23, 234 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Gary D. Bice, 42, 912 Perry Ave., was arrested on a warrant for statutory sodomy.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

* Brian A. Segura, 21, 190 D St., No. 87, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for following too close.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

* Autumn N. Speakman, 19, 622 Boxwood Drive, No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Erik S. Morrow, 30, 9 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for interfering with arrest and displaying the plates of another person.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for first-degree trespassing.

* Cody E. Seigart, 25, 1024 W. Mount Drive, was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield.

* Teresa A. Wren, 49, 1100 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Curtis P. Williams, 18, 7 Village Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and three counts of failure to appear for stealing.

* Benjamin C. Orwig, 35, 3021 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of concealment of contraband.

* Tosha A. Fry, 22, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 99, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Barbara J. Sample, age not given, 3020 Boutin Drive, lot 64, received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and having an unlicensed vehicle.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1006 Dearmore Court. A silver watch was reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 105 Clark Ave. A stolen computer and door damage were reported.

* Burglary and assault were reported at 3014 Aspen Drive.

* A burglary was reported at 24 Sheridan Drive. Photos and tools were reported stolen.

* Renaissance, 139 N. Main St., reported a burglary and stolen money.

Theft

* Two Social Security cards were reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* Tools, a television, a freezer, a scanner, a stove and a leaf blower were reported stolen at 211 Mason St.

* Cash was reported stolen at 2102 William St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 920 N. Kingshighway.

* Macy's, 3049 William St. reported a theft. Sara H. Cooper, 33, 1072 Linden St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

* A purse was reported stolen at 103 N. Kingshighway.

* A computer was reported stolen at 36 N. Pind Wood Lane, No. 1N.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft and false declaration. A suspect is in custody pending charges in connection with the complaint.

Property damage

* A damaged fence was reported at 1301 Kenwood Drive.

Assault

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* Jacob A. Luttrull, 23, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Luz A. Garcia, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of failing to signal and operating a vehicle without a valid license.

* Todd A. Cunningham, 35, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.

* Jeremy P. Evans, 30, of West Frankfort, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Kerek M. Kluesner, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Jared A. Siemers, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop for a stop sign and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Joseph A. Redding, 28, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and distribution of a controlled substance.
