Arrests

  • Tara L. Sims, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for driving without a license.
  • John R. E. Mitchell, III, 25, was arrested on warrants for parole violation, possession of narcotic equipment and contempt of court for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
  • Rezese L. Putman, 23, of 2837 Themis St., No. C., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Matthew L. Henderson, 79, of North Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported.
  • A domestic assault was reported.
  • An assault was reported.

DWI

  • Robert J. Deimund, 32, of 3250 Lakewood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked and resisting arrest.

Thefts

  • A robbery of a safe and cash were reported at 2843 Whitener St., No. A-1.
  • A purse and contents were reported stolen on North West End Boulevard and Independence Street.

Property damage

  • The rear window of a vehicle was reported damaged at 2825 Whitener St.

Summonses

  • Tara N. Depauw, 25, of 218 West End Blvd., received two summonses for telephone harassment.

Miscellaneous

  • A missing person was reported.
  • Cape Video, 510 Broadway, reported rental property was not returned.

  • Jonathan M. Gray, 18, of 503 Nellie St., received a summons for minor in possession by consumption.
  • Lucas T. Neal, 17, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for failure to comply with conditions of an intermediate license, possession of 35 grams of marijuana, minor in possession of intoxicants.
  • Jeffrey R. Reker, 17, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
