Arrests

  • Martavius A. Davis, 20, 806 Themis St., Apt. 9, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • Brandon L. Hamilton, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for walking in the street.
  • Jason B. Oberman, 22, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for possession of marijuana, possession of an altered ID and resisting arrest by flight.

Summonses

  • Cheryl L. Gordon, 43, 815 West Rodney Drive, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
  • Dustin J. Runnels, 21, 748 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
  • Katie M. Culver, 18, 424 S. Missouri Ave., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
  • Shah Reeza, 41, 2717 Themis St., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Thefts

  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Garrett P. Glastetter, 19, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Bi State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of miscellaneous items and property damage were reported at 60 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 531 N. Fountain St.
