* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of assault.
* Two 12-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
* John M. Tayon, 29, of Tacoma, Wash., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* David S. Branum, 34, of Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
* Christopher W. Hancock, 34, 815 Andrew St., Jackson, received a summons for open burning.
* Ryan S. Poole, 23, 224 N. Ellis St., received a summons for illegal dumping.
* Mary S. Keller, 51, 1857 Martin Court, received a summons for violating the animal leash law.
* Joseph G. Howard, 47, received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* An assault was reported.
* Copper wire was reported stolen at 3032 Fox Hollow.
* DVDs were reported stolen at 909 Hackberry St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings?highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Ford Groves, 1501 N. Kings?highway, reported a theft of a dealer tag.
* Harassment was reported.
* A violation of an order of protection was reported.
* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Illegal dumping was reported.

Assaults
* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Union Avenue.
* A theft was reported in the 3900 block of Nicole Lane.
* A theft was reported in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Property damage was reported on Parkview Street.
* A court-order violation was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
