DWI
- Douglas Withers, 34, 372 Willis Drive, Fruitland, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.
Arrests
- Vicky M. Jenkins, 48, 507 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of prostitution.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of a drug violation.
