Arrests

• Lorenzo Tate Jr., 18, 409 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Evelyn J. McBride, 35, 231 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
• Darrell A. Haynes, 20, 2835 Whitener St., Apt. 9, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
• Kenneth J. Pikula, 23, of Lafayette Place, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
• Frederick W. Butler, 36, 601 North St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Jennifer A. Evitts, 32, 214 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Charles L. Stokes, 47, 531 Boxwood Drive, No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Larry T. Johnston, 61, 224 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Geoffrey A. Holmstrom, 41, 129 S. Park, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while revoked.

DWI

• Eric D. McKinley, 26, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence, no insurance, no license plate light and no seat belt.

• Justin T. McCollum, no age given, of Jackson received a summons for following too closely.
• Claudia J. Walker, 43, 523 N. Fountain St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

• Ailea L. Niswonger, no age given, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for following too closely.
• Sulayman K. Moore, 531 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, received a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign and no proof of insurance.
• Clarence T. Hartfield, of 1000 S. Ellis St., received a summons for no valid driver's license and failure to show proof of insurance.

• Shell DMart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Jewelry was reported stolen at 405 S. Hanover St.

• Dustin D. Wildhaber, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Texas County warrant for nonsupport.
