DWI

  • Jennifer Relli, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident involving parked cars at 100 Broadway.

Arrests

  • Paul R. McNeal, 54, of Houston was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and a Franklin County, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
  • John P. Rutherford, 23, 910 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault and burglary were reported.
  • Domestic assault and trespassing were reported.

Thefts

  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Schnucks pharmacy, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of medication.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A firearm was reported stolen at 119 N. Park Ave.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.

Burglary

  • Ferrell Mobile Homes, 902 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary, theft and property damage. A pressure washer was reported stolen in the incident.

  • A vehicle was reported damaged and a peace disturbance was reported at 1925 Broadway.
  • A window pane was reported damaged at 409 N. Sunset.

Miscellaneous

  • A violation of full order of protection was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Animal neglect was reported.
  • A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

  • Taylor C. Pierce, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and tampering with a victim or witness.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 1300 block of Cherokee Street.
  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Vale Drive.
  • A theft was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

  • Property damage was reported in the 600 block of August Street.

  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Lyndhurst Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 2500 block Old Toll Road.

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
