  • Target, 202 Siemers Drive, reported a theft.
  • A theft was reported at 1930 Delwin St., Apt. 2.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.
  • A theft of a scooter was reported at 9 S. Benton St.
  • A theft was reported.
  • Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 3120 Independence St.

n Craig A. Sander, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

  • Ersie C. Harris, 70, of Chesterfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

  • Andrew B. Stacy, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree domestic assault.
  • Anthony T. Armour, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
  • Jonathon E. Bowler, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Anthony M. Finuf, 26, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
