Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Jeffrey E. Saylor, 47, 2543 Masters Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no headlights, stoplight violation and expired driver's license.
Arrests
* Leon C. Wilder, 26, 807 Perry Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for peace disturbance.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A radar detector, flashlight and paperwork were reported stolen at 3985 Scenic Drive.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of energy drinks. A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* AT&T, 351 S. Silver Springs Road, reported a theft of a game console.
* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Misty D. Blocker, 36, 3457 William St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Dmart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Cash was reported stolen at 905 Hickory St.
Burglary
* A burglary and theft of an XBox memory stick and computer tower were reported at 1721 Bertling St.
Property damage
* Huddle House, 511 N. Kingshighway, reported a broken window.
* Meyer Supply reported graffiti at 605 Good Hope St. Matthew R. Palmer, 18, 513 William St., was issued a summons in connection with the complaint.
* Meyer Supply reported graffiti at 608 Good Hope St.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported.
* A 55-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Receiving stolen property and hindering prosecution were reported.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summons
* Justin B. Spaeth, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register.
Assault
* Assault was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of East Adams Street.
