Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michelle R. Smith, 38, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Reginal C. Hopkins, 27, 6 Village Drive, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

* Dale E. Stickel, 45, of Scott City was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violations and for stealing.

* Crystal L. Miller, 26, 121 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

Summonses

* Sara R. MacCubbin, 36, 2008 Steven Drive, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Angela N. Reeves, 33, 1133 Cypress Court, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Rex A. Howard Jr., 19, of Scott City received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Michael L. Shuffit, 18, of Scott City received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
