DWI

  • Dolph Booth, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Gabriel Mier, no age given, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a warrant of commitment.

Arrests

  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Two women were arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.
  • Four people were being held pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.
  • John Oliver, 25, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a warrant.
  • John R. Haney, no age given, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Anthony Cummings, 3007 Wisteria Drive, Apt. A, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property and failure to appear for prohibited acts.
  • A juvenile was cited for theft of a cellular telephone.
  • Samuel McNutt of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
  • Maceo Johnson of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Assault

  • An assault was reported at 1105 Ranney Ave.

Thefts

  • Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft.
  • Rhodes 101, 624 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported shoplifting. Eve Andrews of 603 Mechaw Drive was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 1061 Dorothy St.
  • A burglary was reported at 2819 Whitener St.
  • A burglary was reported at 1549 Lexington Ave.
