DWI
- Dolph Booth, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- Gabriel Mier, no age given, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a warrant of commitment.
Arrests
- A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Two women were arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.
- Four people were being held pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.
- John Oliver, 25, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a warrant.
- John R. Haney, no age given, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- Anthony Cummings, 3007 Wisteria Drive, Apt. A, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property and failure to appear for prohibited acts.
- A juvenile was cited for theft of a cellular telephone.
- Samuel McNutt of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
- Maceo Johnson of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

- An assault was reported at 1105 Ranney Ave.
