The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Danny R. Reed, 22, of 538 Marie, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Gregory S. Hawkins, 20, of 3020 Boutin, No. 128, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Samuel R. Novack, 36, of 6862 Highway O, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Christopher S. Bropst, 21, of 3184 Harvest Pointe, St. Peters, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay a parking ticket.

Kenneth R. New II, 22, of 181 Swank, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing.

James D. Brainer, 22, of 803 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing.

Cedric R. Bass, 24, of 1424 William, No. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Anthony A. Howard, 23, of 511 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for peace disturbance.

Rochelle E. Mitchell, 41, of 1556 Lexington, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts Identity theft was reported Thursday at 1438 N. Water.

Stealing was reported Thursday at 610 Boxwood.

A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse and its contents stolen Friday at Broadway and Water.

Stealing was reported stolen Friday at Broadway and Water.

Prescription medication was reported stolen Friday at 1506 N. West End Blvd.

Clothing was reported stolen Thursday from J Dorm at Southeast Missouri State University.

Property damage

A window was reported broken Friday at 211 S. Hanover.

Forgery was reported Friday at 210 S. Hanover.
