The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Hernandez W. Santiago, no age given, 3001 Themis St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and two counts of forgery.

* Cori J. Conklin, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Maurice R. McClinton, 26, 926 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts of noise violation.

* Kureil L. Johnson, 18, 827 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of littering.

* A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing.

* Ashley N. Mackins, 26, 714 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for speeding and no operator's license.

* Cody L. Gustin, 19, 709 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for burglary and stealing.

Summonses

* Martavius A. Davis, 21, 716 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts (yelling and littering).

* Glen D. Eisenhower Welch, 39, 729 Themis St., No. 4, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of assorted video games were reported at 210 S. Hanover St. A window was reported broken.

Thefts

* Amplifiers, speakers and a speaker box were reported stolen at 6 Village Drive.

* A check was reported stolen at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A 22-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 31-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 31-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following item.

Miscellaneous

* A call to keep the peace was reported in the 1500 block of Kimbeland Drive.
