Arrests

  • Regina A. Davis, 25, 1317 Monticello Ave., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Tara N. Umfleet, 20, 22 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay for no proof of insurance.
  • Benjamin F. Rawlins 22, 1425 Cousin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage.
  • Bryan K. Strum, 27, 2044 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

Thefts

  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of phone minutes.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
  • An iPod was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 161 West Drive.
  • Money was reported stolen at 1092 Linden St.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

  • Thomas Engler, 56, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Trenell A. Clemons, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license.
  • Gerald W. Nirenburg, 40, of Oklahoma City, Okla., was arrested on an Illinois police warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
  • Michael L. Jones, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for nonsupport.
  • John Dillard, 42, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of speeding.
