DWIs A suspect was taken into custody Friday pending filing of charges for driving while intoxicated, driving while restricted, leaving the scene of an accident, trespassing, property damage, driving without headlights and fleeing detention.

Jeffrey B. Thurman, 19, 2021 El Lago, Arnold, Mo., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, misrepresentation of age and possession of intoxicants by a minor.

Jeremy C. Smith, 27, 155 Bellevue, was arrested Saturday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while restricted and speeding.

Arrests

George Thomas Buck, 44, 203 S. Lorimier, was arrested Friday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Scott Bittner, 41, 339 N. Park, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

Jodie Anne Omohundro, 38, 312 N. High, Jackson, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for probation violation.

John Louis McClellan, 21, 607 N. Sprigg, Apt. A, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for driving while suspended.

Bryan Keith Reid, 21, 127 S. Lorimier, Apt. 5, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for stealing.Cape Girardeau

Summonses

Robert Tyler Schalk, 19, 1000 Towers #809, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of misrepresentation of age by a minor and possession of an altered ID.

Davy Crockett, 43, 330 Houston, Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for suspicion of assault.

Theft

A purse was reported stolen Friday from 211 St. Francis Dr.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg.

Assault

Assault was reported Friday on the 1000 block of North Main.

Domestic assault was reported Saturday.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken Friday at Willie's Bakery, 1215 Broadway.

A glass door was reported broken Friday at 1231 Broadway.

Glass was reported broken Saturday at 1802 Broadway.

A glass door was reported damaged Saturday at 636 Goodhope.

Miscellaneous

Leaving the scene of an accident was reported Friday at 1125 Broadway.

An ex parte violation was reported Friday on the 200 block of Mason.
