Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dustin J. Wondrick, 20, 1122 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Emory I. Hayes, 30, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girar­deau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
• Kenny E. Brown, 40, 313 N. Fountain St., Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Summons

• Frankie A. Robertson, 54, 1201 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for failure to remove disabled vheicle from property.

Thefts

• Shell D-Mart, of 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

• James E. Hayden, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Michael B. Glenn, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Joseph D. Easley, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Richard J. Godar, 47, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for nonsupport and a parole violation for marijuana possession.
• Amie L. Moschetto, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Sarah A. Whitener, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on right-hand side of roadway, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
