The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Jeffrey F. Holtmeier, 22, 801 N. Main St., No. 102, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and crossing the center lane of traffic.
* Resisting arrest by fleeing and expired plates were reported at Main Street and Park Avenue. Erik S. Morrow, 30, 9 N. Park Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Thomas Wiley Jr., 47, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for false declaration.
* John P. Riston, 25, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and seat-belt violation.
* Felicia Smith, 45, 125 N. Clark Ave., No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked.
* Failure to maintain property free of litter was reported at 1121 Merriwether St. Charity D. Hammack, 35, 1121 Merriwether St., was issued a summons in connection with the complaint.
* A burglary and theft of tools and a heater were reported at 502 Broadway.
* A burglary and theft of an XBox 360, video games and accessories were reported at 1013 S. Ranney Ave. A front door was reported damaged during the break-in.
* A burglary and theft of video game systems were reported at 709 North St., Apt. 1.
* A fire pit was reported stolen at 1427 Rose St.
* Clothing, a purse, an iPod and accessories, toys, a digital camera, hair products and perfume were reported stolen and a door handle and dashboard on the vehicle were reported damaged at 3049 William St.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of perfume and makeup. Latondria A. Valentine, 42, 103 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 201, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A door handle and console of a vehicle were reported damaged at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3248 William St.
* Forgery and fraudulent use of a credit and debit device were reported.
* Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana were reported at Bloomfield and South Benton streets. A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges.
* Forgery and making a false report were reported.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported in the 2700 block of Wedgewood Drive.
* A court order violation was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
