The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kinsey M. Johnson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• Marsha G. Price, 51, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a warrant.
• Bryan S. Kinder, 33, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of a drug violation.
• Shanelle P. Fann, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of a drug violation.

Thefts

• Burglary and stealing were reported in the 1500 block of North Main Street.
• Stealing was reported in the 1700 block of North Sprigg Street.
• Stealing was reported at JC Penney, 3049 William St.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of order of protection was reported in the 1000 block of Locust Street.
• Request for service was reported in the 700 block of Normal Avenue.
