Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Aaron E. Putty, 18, 267 Randy Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violations for driving while intoxicated.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.
  • A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for having no headlights, no insurance and improper registration.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
  • Darrell Wayne McIntyre Jr., 18, 17881 Highway 177, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane of traffic and possession of marijuana.
  • Delaina Renee Egson, 19, 1318 N. Sprigg, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • Ryan Michael Oshea, 19; Alexander George Tobias, 20; Robert Eugene Phillips III, 20; and Rama Anthony Khawaja, 22, all of 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 512, were arrested on suspicion of having a disorderly house.
  • Ryan Michael Oshea, 19; Alexander George Tobias, 20; and Robert Eugene Phillips III, 20, all of 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 512, were arrested on suspicion of being minors in possession by consumption.
  • Katie Marie Starkey, 20, 513 Myers Hall, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.
  • Abigail Hope Barfield, 19, 321 Dearmont Circle, Apt. 504, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.
  • Jill Marie Farmer, 20, of Towers Circle, Apt. 507, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.
  • Wesley Logan Foshee, 20, Towers South, Apt. 806, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.

Thefts

  • A purse was reported stolen from 1912 Broadway.
  • A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at 1912 Ritter Drive.
  • A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at 1912 Ritter Drive.
  • Four purses were reported stolen from a vehicles parked at 2441 Jean Ann Drive.
  • Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing.
  • D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A man reported clothing stolen from him at Main and Mason streets.
  • Rust & Martin, 2502 Tanner St., reported a theft of checks.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • U-Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported a theft of money.
  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

  • A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Food Giant, 1702 Broadway, reported a forgery.
  • U Kwik, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported a forgery.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Rosemund Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassing phone calls were reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
  • Trespassing was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
