The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Marshall Brison, 43, of St. Louis was arrested Friday on a warrant for contempt of court.

Steven J. Kreiler, 43, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested Friday on a warrant for passing bad checks.

Danny L. Dunning Jr., 26, unknown address, was arrested Friday on a warrant for parole absconding.

A suspect was placed in custody Friday on suspicion of panhandling.

Summonses Freddy J. Johnson of 108 Bell St., Delta, Mo., received a summons Friday for striking a stopped vehicle and no proof of insurance.

Christopher B. Ford, 21, of 606 Silver Springs received a summons Friday for fleeing a lawful detention.

Assaults A 15-year-old male reported being struck by another juvenile Friday at 205 Caruthers.

An assault was reported Friday at 3049 William.

An assault was reported Friday at 719 William. The victim also reported a burglary.

An assault was reported Friday at 623 Broadway.

John P. Dougherty, 36, of Brazil, Ind., was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
