The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Corey A. Estes, 27, of 9378 State Highway N, Scott City, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Randy S. Whitworth, 28, of 1104 Good Hope, Scott City, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Andrew J. Houghton, 20, of 400 Elm, Scott City, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Jason R. Hall, 21, of 400 Elm, Scott City, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

A suspect was released Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for forgery.

Jeremy D. Crocker, 23, of 11548 Tivoli Lake was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Robin R. Sides, 23, of 1200 Cousin was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

A suspect was released Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of marijuana.

Summonses Jeffrey S. Messmer of 1430 County Road 349, Jackson, received a summons Thursday for following another vehicle too closely.

Thefts Stealing was reported Friday at 820 N. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported Thursday at North Kingshighway and Cape Rock Drive.

Fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported Thursday at 1020 N. Kingshighway.

A Missouri driver's license was reported lost Thursday at 106 Edgewood.

Two 18-year-old females were placed in protective custody Friday.

Identification papers were reported found Friday at 341 S. Sprigg.
